Two men arrested in Naples Park store holdup

Man threatens deputies, their families after girlfriend calls 911 on him

Domestic violence arrests

■ Warren Marsh, 34, of the 200 block of Woodpecker Lane, East Naples, was arrested Monday by Marco Island police at the Judge S.S. Jolley Bridge. He is accused of punching his brother while in the car. He faces additional charges of possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest without violence.

■ Theron Hubbard, 34, of Brandon, was arrested Monday by Collier County sheriff’s deputies at South First Bethune Road. He’s accused of spitting at his girlfriend and hitting her twice in the face with an open hand.

■ Nancy Ryan, 56, of the 1800 block of Florida Club Circle, Naples, was arrested Monday by Collier deputies at home. She’s accused of pushing her daughter.

Domestic violence arrests

■ Patrice Fontes, 47, of the 300 block of West Cypress Way, North Naples, was arrested Sunday by Collier deputies at home. He’s accused of grabbing his wife by the wrists and shaking her.

■ Juan Ricorubio, 22, of an unknown address in Immokalee, was arrested Sunday by Collier deputies at an undisclosed location. He’s accused of hitting a minor with an open hand in the face and punching a woman in the neck. The relationship between Ricorubio and the victims was unspecified. He faces an additional charge of child abuse without great harm.

Drug arrests

■ Javier Garcia, 23, of the 4400 block of Gulfstream Drive, East Naples, was arrested Sunday by Collier deputies in the 4800 block of U.S. 41 East. He faces charges of cocaine possession, drug paraphernalia possession and driving while license suspended.

DUI arrests

■ Anthony Disgregorio, 51, of the 18400 block of Geranium Road, Fort Myers, was arrested Monday by Collier deputies at mile marker 105, southbound Interstate 75.
