Letter: Teen suicide story poor way to start new year

I'm sorry, but what in the world was the Daily News thinking when they put on the front page the article about suicide called "Young, then gone"?

Most everyone had such a hard year with all the goings on in our world today and then you start out the new year with this terrible article. Are you trying to get everyone depressed? The new year is supposed to be filled with hope for a better year — like a new baby coming into the world, health and happiness.

It would have been so much better to see a new baby on the front page.
