Letter: It's really true

On November 21, my attorney and I waited in the court of Collier County Judge Mike Carr for our case to be heard. Two cases were presented to the judge with a plea agreement by the state attorney and defendant's counsel. Carr decided to hear from the motorists and after hearing testimony, found both motorists not guilty.

The presumption of innocence is alive and well in Carr's court.
