Letter: Roger that

I urge the residents of district four of Bonita Springs to join me in electing Roger Brunswick to City Council.

Having lived in Bonita Springs for 20 years, he is passionate about the future of the city and is actively involved in serving our community in many ways. He is a current member of the Bonita Springs Board for Land and Use Hearings and Adjustments and the Zoning Board of Appeals.

A 2007 graduate of the Bonita Springs Chamber of Commerce Leadership Bonita program, he also is a member of the Chamber's President's Club. He serves as an advisory board member of the Bonita Springs Community Foundation and is a member of the South Lee County Hospital Committee. He served on the board of directors of the Rotary Club and he continues to be an active member.

I believe Brunswick's 45 years of sales and marketing experience, coupled with his success as a local businessman, will make him a knowledgeable public servant. Among his priorities are to stimulate economic development, continue a controlled city budget without reduction of services, keep the philosophy of efficient and limited government, improve communication between residents and the city, and focus on a new vision for our county library.

Please vote on Jan. 31 and mark your ballot for Roger Brunswick!
