A change in presidents at Ave Maria University does not give the new president the omnipotent authority (or I guess it does) to immediately fire a football coach of only two years who has tried his best — I'm sure — to get an inaugural program up and running.
An introspective Tom Monaghan should have thought this through before engaging in the intricacies involved in eligibility, etc., of football.

I must state I've never met coach Barry Fagan, but I'd enjoy meeting him.
My wife and I moved to Ave Maria recently so we could be part of a true Catholic community.
