Letter: So, it's true

Re: Skin a cat.

I too totally agree with letter writer Carl Clark — lighten up!

I am 73 and have heard this saying since I was a child.

I was in the construction business most of my life and operated heavy equipment such as track loaders and dozers. Since Caterpillar was one of the first manufacturers of bulldozers, all "dozers" of any brand were called "cat."

A good operator of a "cat" was called a cat skinner.

So, there are more ways to skin a cat.
