Aggravated battery arrests
Gerald James, 28, of the 800 block of Palm Ridge Drive, Immokalee, was arrested Wednesday by Collier County sheriff’s deputies at the South Second and Eustis Avenue. Deputies say he hit a man in the face with a piece of wood through his car window. He’s accused of aggravated battery and burglary.
Grand theft arrests
Danielle Totoro, 27, of the 2000 block of Sunnyland Lane, Golden Gate, was arrested Wednesday by Collier deputies in the 3000 block of Francis Avenue. She’s accused of stealing a woman’s convertible Volkswagen Beetle. She faces charges of grand theft auto and driving while license suspended.
DUI arrests
■ Richard Brounce, 45, of Leavittsburg, Ohio, was arrested Wednesday by Collier deputies at the 111th Avenue and U.S. 41 North.
■ Christopher Exterovich, 24, of the 600 block of 105th Avenue N., North Naples, was arrested Wednesday by Collier deputies at Poinciana Drive and Malaga Way. He faces an additional charge of driving with license suspended.
■ Thomas Peterson, 34, of the 900 block of 14th Street Southeast, Golden Gate Estates, was arrested Wednesday by Florida Highway Patrol troopers at Oil Well Road East of Orange Grove Trail. He also faces a charge of DUI with property damage and driving while license suspended.
