Since first coming to Naples in 1938, I have observed many elections.
Quality of the candidates is always the bottom line.
Though I do not know all of those running for City Council, I can certainly recommend Penny Taylor.
Having served on the council before, she has vast experience and certainly is dedicated to be giving her time once more.
She is a busy lady! As a photographer, she not only makes a living but makes many contributions to Old Naples. This summer she helped produce a book to document and save our historic homes. (It is called "Dream Houses;" do get a copy.)
Having raised her own daughter, she now opens her home to foster children. Need I say more?
Please take advice from this little, old, gray-haired lady on 11th Avenue South.
Vote for Penny Taylor and quality is what you will get.
