PALM BEACH — A South Florida beach is open again after shark sightings along the coast.
The Palm Beach Post reports lifeguards closed Midtown Beach at about 2 p.m. Sunday after reports of shark sightings nearby.
The beach was reopened less than an hour later and swimmers allowed to return to the water.
Sharks were also seen off Midtown Beach last February.
