Urbano Lopez Rodriguez, 20, of the 5000 block of 31st Place Southwest, Golden Gate, was arrested by Collier deputies Sunday near Second Street Northeast and Golden Gate Boulevard. He faces a charge of controlled substance possession.

DUI arrest

Carol Jean Slapp, 47, of the 3200 block of Bermuda Isle Circle, North Naples, was arrested by Collier deputies Sunday near Vanderbilt Beach Road and Stacil Circle.
