The board of directors and management at the Royal Seafarer Condominiums wish to sincerely thank all the firemen, police and, EMS employees as well as the Red Cross for responding so quickly to the fire in one of our units on June 28.
We were very impressed with the quick response, professionalism and dedication in which the matter was handled. The compassion and aid given to our residents was very much appreciated by all.
Residents were quickly evacuated and necessary attention was given to individuals with special needs. Fire Chief Murphy provided excellent leadership and communication to the displaced owners regarding the progress with securing the safety of the building and keeping them advised of when they could return to their units. They then individually escorted each resident back to their unit and verified that there was no issue inside their unit.
Once again, we are so appreciative of all the services that were provided to our residents.
