BONITA SPRINGS — The Bonita Springs Area Chamber of Commerce will hold its Business Before Business and Mini Trade Show from 8 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. Thursday at the Naples Daily News office, 1100 Immokalee Road.

Sam Galloway Ford teams up for summer food drive
Sam Galloway Ford is teaming up with Community Cooperative Ministries Inc. for a Summer Food Drive for Hunger.
The dealership, 1800 Boy Scout Drive, Fort Myers, is collecting nonperishable food and cash donations for the ministries. Everyone who brings the equivalent of one pound of food into Sam Galloway Ford will be entered into a drawing for $5,000. In addition to the $5,000 drawing, Galloway Ford will donate $1 for every pound of food received during the food drive.
The goal is to raise 25,000 pounds by Aug. 15, said Sam Galloway Jr., chairman emeritus of the ministries, which serves Fort Myers and the greater Lee County area, including Bonita Springs.

Franklin new accounting, finance coordinator at Naples Art Association
Peter Franklin has joined the Naples Art Association as accounting and finance coordinator.
He is an accounting major at Hodges University, with plans to graduate in 2013. Franklin will direct and maintain all financial activities of the Naples Art Association at the von Liebig Art Center.
Matthew Gordon joins law firm's Fort Myers office
Attorney Matthew P. Gordon has joined Pavese Law Firm and will be based in the Fort Myers office. Gordon primarily focuses on real estate, condominium and homeowner association, land-use and environmental law.
Gordon's past jobs include working in the legal division of a luxury homebuilder, at the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, and at a large statewide law firm where he handled a variety of legal matters encompassing real property, litigation, taxation and probate law.
He received his bachelor's degree from the University of Florida with honors and received his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law.
