■ Man arrested for embezzling $900,000 from SWFL non-profit

Domestic violence arrests

■ Clinton Shawn Baxley, 36, of the 6800 block of Satin Leaf Road, North Naples, was arrested Sunday by Collier deputies at his home. He was accused of punching and strangling his wife.

■ Luis F. Mercado Frias, 25, of the 2800 block of 46th Street Southwest, Golden Gate, was arrested Sunday by Collier deputies at 2597 47th St. S.W. He was accused of punching and strangling his wife.

■ Melinda Sue Robbins, 44, of the 18000 block of Royal Hammock Boulevard, East Naples, was arrested Sunday by Collier deputies at her home. She was accused of hitting her boyfriend in the face with a phone.

Drug arrest

Vivian Paige Evans, 21, of Winter Haven, was arrested by Collier deputies Sunday at Pine Ridge Road and Whippoorwill Lane. She was accused of possessing Roxicodone, marijuana, a generic brand of Xanax and drug paraphernalia.

DUI arrest

Suzanne Renee Smallwood, 51, of the 10000 block of Westside Lane, Bonita Springs, was arrested Monday by Collier deputies at 2490 Vanderbilt Drive. She faces additional charges of tampering with evidence, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
