A Naples nanotechnolgy company has reported a strong sales increase in the second quarter.
Industrial Nanotech Inc., 1925 Trade Center Way, Suite 1, reported sales of $402,107. The increased revenues were led by international sales of a line of patented coatings.
Sales to the oil and gas industry and government building projects also contributed to the increase, along with manufacturing facility orders in the U.S. and internationally.

Christina Hawk has rejoined Ted Todd Insurance Agency as a licensed insurance agent.
She spent the past two years pursuing a bachelor's degree from Florida Gulf Coast University.

Southwest Florida airports recognized
The Florida Department of Transportation has recognized three Southwest Florida airports.
The state agency named Naples Municipal Airport the state's general aviation airport of the year for 2012. The award recognizes superior achievement in the airport's safety program; appearance and impression left on users; and management, including innovative programs, service to the public, financial stability and compliance with regulations.
DOT also honored Marco Island Executive Airport for general aviation project of the year and Southwest Florida International Airport for commercial service airport of the year.
