Thefts
■ Michael Williams, 58, of the 500 block of Landmark Drive, East Naples, and Raymond Santos, 28, of Lehigh Acres, were arrested this week by Collier deputies, accused of ripping off cab drivers in two separate reports. On Thursday, Williams threatened to assault a cab driver who refused to take him to a "drug house," according to an arrest report, then bilked him out of a $40 fare. The next day, Santos skipped out on a $48 fare, an arrest report states. Both men face a misdemeanor theft charge.
Domestic violence arrest
■ Karla Nicol, 40, of the 5100 block of 20th Court Southwest, Golden Gate, was arrested Friday by Collier deputies. She is accused of hitting her boyfriend in the face and biting his chest.
Drug arrest
■ Melvin Presley, 27, of the 3200 block of 13th Avenue Southwest, Golden Gate, was arrested Friday by Collier deputies. He faces a felony drug charge of cocaine possession.
DUI arrest
■ Anthony Harding, 33, of the 4100 block of Golden Gate Parkway, Golden Gate, was arrested Friday by a Florida Highway Patrol trooper near the intersection of Immokalee and Airport-Pulling roads.
