A CVS property has sold to a North Naples investor.

Jerry F. Nichols bought the land, building and CVS lease at 2375 Vanderbilt Beach Road for $3.275 million a few weeks ago from TIBO Management, based in Canada.

"That store is reportedly in the top few in the marketplace," said David J. Stevens of that CVS' rank among other Southwest Florida pharmacy stores in the chain.

Stevens, the selling broker who represented the buyer, is with Investment Properties Corp., a Naples-based commercial property broker. Stevens declined to divulge the buyer's name but said the buyer hopes CVS remains at the site for years to come.

However, the buyer listed in public records is JFN 2375 LLC, which is registered with the Florida Department of State and lists a trustee — Jerry F. Nichols, with an office along Vanderbilt Beach Road, near U.S. 41. Nichols was unavailable for comment Monday.
