Man arrested for attacking naked girlfriend who was asleep, deputies report

An East Naples man is accused of attacking his naked girlfriend while she was asleep in bed.

Anthony Fannin, 25, of the 600 block of Crossfield Circle, was arrested Saturday by Collier County sheriff’s deputies in the 2200 block of Arbour Walk Circle.

According to an arrest report, Fannin’s girlfriend awoke to him punching her and pulling her hair. The victim told deputies Fannin then began banging his head on the laundry room door and told her he would blame her for it if she called the police.

The victim told deputies she ran outside for help and was greeted by her neighbor. Deputies said the neighbor told them he heard screaming and ran outside, only to find Fannin’s girlfriend naked so he gave her some of his wife’s clothing and went back inside.

Fannin faces a charge of domestic battery.

Domestic violence arrests

Yahaira Salgado, 37, of the 14900 block of Mystic Lakes Circle, Golden Gate Estates, was arrested Saturday by Collier deputies in the 100 block of Logan Boulevard South. She is accused of hitting her sister with a towel.

Jacob Fox, 28, of the 7000 block of Tara Circle, Naples, was arrested Saturday by Collier deputies at Cedar Tree Lane and Santa Barbara Boulevard. He is accused of throwing a smoothie and food at his fiancé.

Joseph Dunivan, 18, of the 800 block of Pine Village Lane, North Naples, was arrested Friday by Collier deputies at home. He is accused of pushing his mother.
