— A North Naples gated golf club community has sold out its memberships.

The Club at Mediterra, a private, member-owned equity club, has reached its golf membership capacity of 450 for its 36-hole course, club officials said.

Those who now want to buy an existing home in Mediterra are being placed on a waiting list in a new membership category that provides them access until golf memberships becomes available. For buyers of new homes in Mediterra, an additional 50 golf memberships are being held in reserve. After new home sales are completed, golf memberships will revert to 450 through attrition.

Mediterra is a 1,697-acre Mediterranean-style community along Livingston Road, two miles north of Immokalee Road. The community's members own The Club at Mediterra, which also includes a 25,000-square-foot clubhouse.
