The Marco Island Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in solving a recent hit-and-run crash which occurred Sunday, March 11, at Tommie Barfield Elementary School on Marco Island. Surveillance photos show a Chevy Camaro driven by a male damaging an aluminum support pole and walkway canopy at the school.

The Marco Island Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in solving a recent hit-and-run crash which occurred Sunday, March 11, at Tommie Barfield Elementary School on Marco Island. Surveillance photos show a Chevy Camaro driven by a male damaging an aluminum support pole and walkway canopy at the school.

Surveillance photos show a Chevy Camaro driven by a male back into an aluminum support pole and walkway canopy at the school, and then leaving the scene of the property damage, according to Marco Police. This crash occurred outside of school hours and no children were injured.

Persons with information about the owner or driver of this vehicle are requested to contact the Marco Island Police Department at 239-389-5050.
