Letter to the Editor: Firehouse pancake breakfast appreciation

On behalf of the Board of Directors and members, I would like to thank Marco Island residents and visitors for your contribution in making our April 15 pancake breakfast a huge success.

We happily served over 560 people, a record high for the Foundation. This event has gained community popularity because of your continued support and participation. The Foundation is committed to providing relief and assistance to Fire Rescue personnel and their immediate families in times of tragedy, need or hardship. Thank you for helping us help them.
