Deputies: Man whips pregnant girlfriend with telephone cord

Domestic violence arrest

Laura Horne, 24, of the 2100 block of Moulder Drive, Golden Gate Estates, was arrested Thursday by Collier deputies at Immokalee Road and Collier Boulevard. She is accused of punching, slapping, and scratching her boyfriend.

Drug arrests

■ Anthony Chiumento, 45, who reports say is homeless, was arrested Wednesday by Collier deputies at Bayshore Drive and Becca Avenue. He is accused of possession of heroin, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

■ Richard Arpin, 46, of the 2300 block of Birdsong Lane, Golden Gate Estates, was arrested Tuesday by Collier deputies at the 4900 block of Golden Gate Parkway. He is accused of selling oxycodone pills to undercover deputies on two occasions.

■ Roberta Goncalves, 28, of the 5000 block of Rustic Oaks Circle, North Naples, was arrested Wednesday by Collier deputies at Celeste Drive and Price Street. She is accused of cocaine possession and driving while license suspended.

■ Dave Civil, 23, of the 3800 block of Tollgate Boulevard, Golden Gate, was arrested Wednesday by Collier deputies at an inn on Tollgate Boulevard. He is accused of possession and trafficking of 88 oxycodone pills and one suboxone pill. Deputies said they found additional drugs inside the room including: 6 grams of marijuana, about 5 grams of cocaine, 4 grams of Xanax, and 231 oxycodone pills.

DUI arrest

David Collier, 64, of Fort Myers, was arrested Wednesday by Collier deputies at Vanderbilt Drive at Woods Edge.
