An East Naples man is accused of using a Taser on a woman numerous times after breaking into her home and hiding in her bathroom.
Cesar McClatchy, 40, of the 6200 block of Hansen Road, was arrested Friday by Collier sheriff's deputies in the 2800 block of Pine Street.
According to an arrest report, on Wednesday McClatchy went to the victim's home and tried talking to her but she did not want to speak to him so she told him to leave.
However, the victim told deputies that when she told him to leave her alone, he pulled out a Taser and used it on her chest, shoulder and arms, causing her to fall to the ground.
McClatchy then fled the scene, according to reports.
Deputies said the victim suffered minor injuries but refused medical attention.
The victim told deputies that before the crime, on May 24, McClatchy had entered her home without permission and she found him hiding in her bathroom when she arrived home from shopping at Walmart.
McClatchy told deputies he never touched the victim and that he was visiting her on both occasions but that the altercations began as a result of her talking about her childhood problems. Deputies said they found McClatchy in possession of a stun gun. Due to the victim's injuries, McClatchy was arrested on a felony charge of burglary and battery, reports stated.
