The Florida Highway Patrol is reporting that two lanes, the inside and center lanes, of Interstate 75 in both directions.
Two lanes, one on both the northbound and southbound lanes, are still closed after a truck carrying construction equipment crashed into the overpass while driving on Daniels Road.

Both directions of I-75 are shut down between Alico Road and Colonial Boulevard after a semi driving on Daniels struck the overpass Tuesday afternoon.
Deputies are working to reroute traffic between those two exits.
The accident happened around 3 p.m. when a tractor trailer carrying a piece of construction equipment struck the overpass.
Structural engineers are inspecting the overpass.
Drivers may want to use U.S. 41 to avoid I-75.

All lanes of Interstate 75 near Daniels Parkway are shut down in Lee County following a crash shortly after 3 p.m., according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
A truck has crashed into the overpass pillar on Daniels Road. I-75 is shutdown until the overpass can be inspected.
Troopers arrived around 3:15 p.m. All lanes near mile marker 131 are closed to traffic, according to FHP.
No further information about the wreck was immediately available.
