Collier County detectives are investigating a shooting outside an East Naples nightclub early Monday.
Around 2:45 a.m., a security guard reported seeing a man fire three shots outside the Star Lounge at 2624 U.S. 41 E. Deputies recovered two .40-caliber shell casings from the scene.
The shooter fled in a 2002 white Mercedes Benz, according to an incident report. Witnesses were able to get a license plate number, and detectives continue to investigate.
