A Dunkin' Donuts employee is accused of keeping a customer's credit card and using it to fraudulently purchase movies and gift cards for herself.

On Nov. 1, a woman told deputies she noticed fraudulent charges on her American Express card after having lost it at the Dunkin' Donuts at 1575 Pine Ridge Road in North Naples. Collier detectives later viewed surveillance videos that showed an employee, later identified as Nicole Theresa Romann, 35, using the card to purchase a $20 gift card.

The victim's credit card also was used to make an $100 purchase at 7-Eleven, a $55 purchase at Walmart Market and a $4 transaction at a Red Box, according to a report.

Roman, of the 2500 block of Dawn Circle, East Naples, faces charges of fraud/illegal use of credit cards, fraud/possessing or using another's ID and petit theft.
