■ Jacqueline Katie Addis, 21, of the 3200 block of 22nd Avenue Northeast, Golden Gate Estates, was arrested Wednesday by Florida Highway Patrol troopers near mile marker 115 of Interstate 75.

■ Carlos M. Ruanes, 47, of the first block of Hibiscus Lane, East Naples, was arrested Wednesday by Collier deputies at Collier Boulevard and U.S. 41 East.

■ Mark Joseph Farone, 44, of the 3500 block of Plantation Way, East Naples, was arrested Wednesday by Collier deputies at U.S. 41 East and Bayshore Drive.
