That first year was difficult, with both men funding the company with their own savings and working side projects to help pay the bills. "But I believed in it," says Lluberes. "I bought seven desks and crammed them into a tiny office and said, 'By next year, all these desks will be filled with employees.'"
Filled they were, and Lluberes, Hong and Position Logic haven't looked back since.
Lluberes attributes the success of Position Logic not only to the technology powering their GPS tracking platform, but also to the overall concept which he calls PPT – People, Process and Technology.
PPT was an important concept to hit on, says Lluberes, because it embodies the idea that a company with great people and processes as well as great technology will always outperform a company that has technology only.
