1. DOCUMENTARY SAYS INMATE INVOLVED IN SIMPSON CASE: A documentary about a Florida death row inmate says the convicted killer could have been involved the murder of OJ Simpson's wife and her friend. The Investigation Discovery show, "My Brother the Serial Killer," airs Wednesday.

2. MAN CONVICTED OF KILLING NEIGHBOR DURING ARGUMENT: A Tampa Bay area man has been convicted of fatally shooting his neighbor, despite claims of self-defense. A Hillsborough County jury found 71-year-old Trevor Dooley guilty Monday of manslaughter.

3. UNION QUESTIONING FLORIDA TEACHER EVALUATION PLAN: An administrative law judge's ruling has delayed but not stopped a new state teacher evaluation system. The Florida Education Association is holding a news conference in Tallahassee Tuesday to discuss its continuing fight against the proposal.
