GOLDEN GATE — Two men robbed a Golden Gate bank Wednesday morning, with one flashing a handgun before the pair escaped, Collier County sheriff's officials said.
The Florida Community Bank branch at Golden Gate Parkway and 52nd Terrace Southwest was robbed at about 7:55 a.m., a Sheriff's Office spokeswoman said. The men escaped on foot with an undisclosed amount of money and remained at-large as of 9:30 a.m.
No injuries were reported. Sheriff's officials are expected to release more information later today.
