The Marco island softball League, after two weeks, has three teams tied for fist place.
Island Pizza, Cocomo's and Marco Island Brewery lead the standings at 2-0.
Island Pizza downed Nacho Mama's, 18-7 and blanked Joey's Pizza, 5-0. Team leaders are Bobby Natale Jr., Eric Naples, Pat McGuire, JP Nachef, Greg St. Amour and Jason Berning.
Cocomo's downed Ketch's, 15-3 and Islander Pool 14-9. Cocomo's team leaders are Brian Day, Marc Canady, Salem Lake, Jim Blankenship and Brendon Hicks.
Marco Brewery edged Marco Island Vacation Properties, 6-5 and did the same against Kretch's, 11-9.
Joey's Pizza eked out a 15-14 win over Marco Island Vacation Properties. Joey's Tony Oliverio saved the game when he made a running catch, then doubled an MIVP runner off first base to end the game.
