ESTERO - Lee County Sheriff's arrested a 52-year-old man after he was caught on surveillance video masturbating in the electronics aisle at Target.

Deputies met with the loss prevention officer at the Target at 8040 Mediterranean Drive in Estero after receiving a call about a suspicious man.
