— A man was tasered after he walked into the Fort Myers Police Department on Wednesday morning and threatened officers with a machete.

Dejuan Jarrell Anderson, 19, of Fort Myers, showed up in the lobby around 7:15 a.m. and asked to speak to an officer. Surveillance video from the incident shows Anderson with the machete as officers confront him.

After Anderson swung the machete and cut the wires on the first taser used on him, another officer tasered him a few moments later, and Anderson was taken to the floor, NBC2 reports.
