Domestic violence arrest

Charles "Chuck" William Harney, 28, of the 3600 block of Eighth Avenue Southeast, Golden Gate Estates, was arrested Sunday by Collier deputies at a home on the 300 block of Quail Forest Boulevard. He is accused of straddling a woman, choking her and threatening to kill her.

DUI arrest

Derek Wade Soler, 23, of the 500 block of 20th Street Southeast, Golden Gate Estates, was arrested Sunday by Collier deputies at the intersection of Immokalee Road and Regent Circle.
