Two East Naples men are accused of fraudulently using a credit card they stole from a woman's car earlier this month.
A deputy who pulled over Morgan Clute and Blake Kusinsky, both 18, for speeding Thursday recognized the two from surveillance images of the burglary suspects, according to an arrest report. Investigators then confirmed that Clute and Kusinsky were two men seen using the woman's credit card on surveillance footage at a McDonalds on Oct. 4.
Kusinksky, of the 2900 block of Kings Lake Boulevard, faces a burglary charge. Clute, of the 2000 block of River Reach Drive, faces charges of burglary, illegal use of a credit card, theft of a credit card and fraud/possessing another's ID.
