Collier County sheriff's deputies reported finding marijuana growing instructions, detailed drug ledgers and a suitcase filled with marijuana while searching a Naples man's home last week.
The homeowner, Gerald Joseph Krecicki, 49, who lives in the 1000 block of 11th Street North, was arrested Thursday on a warrant accusing him of multiple drug charges.
Acting on a search warrant, deputies searched the home Oct. 12 and found 298 grams of marijuana, three digital scales, a heat sealing device, drug ledgers, marijuana growing instructions, a "hydrofarm" retail catalogue, a Medicinal Cannabis Safety Council application from California and a full-size suitcase with 11 heat-sealed packages of marijuana, according to an arrest report.
Detectives also found $54,994 in cash inside a safe.
Krecicki faces charges of possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of marijuana over 20 grams, possession of marijuana with intent to sell/manufacture/deliver within 1,000 feet of a place of worship, maintaining a dwelling for the sale/use of drugs, and possession of narcotic paraphernalia.
