Deputies: Man molested girl, operated marijuana grow house

Marijuana in the mail leads to two arrests

Domestic violence arrest

Gelu Topa, 58, of the 200 block of Turtle Lake Court, North Naples, was arrested Wednesday by Collier deputies at his home. He is accused of violating a domestic violence injunction.

Grand theft arrests

■ Jacob D. Adams, 32, who is listed as homeless in Naples, was arrested Wednesday by Collier deputies at 510 Robin Hood Circle. He is accused of stealing and pawning a woman’s jewelry and horse saddle. He faces an additional charge of dealing in stolen property.

■ Georgina Conde, 48, of the 100 block of 22nd Street Northeast, Golden Gate Estates, was arrested Wednesday by Collier deputies at 2450 Vanderbilt Beach Road. She is accused of fraudulently using a woman’s debit card. She faces additional charges of fraud/possessing another’s ID and fraud/illegal use of credit cards.

DUI arrest

Laura Leigh Davidson, 28, of the 9900 block of Boca Circle, North Naples, was arrested Wednesday by Collier deputies at the intersection of Airport-Pulling Road and Citrus Lake Drive.
