An East Naples woman is accused of holding a drug-filled syringe while holding a infant.
The Marco police responded to a shoplifting call at the Walgreens at 1800 San Marco Road.
An officer found the suspects in a black Dodge truck. The officer observed Suzanne Lorose-Williams holding an infant in the back seat. According to the arrest report, the officer witnessed one of the passengers pass Lorose-Williams a syringe filled with a white-chalky substance as she still held the infant.
Lorose-Williams, 36, of the 4900 block of Biscayne Drive, East Naples was arrested and is facing a felony charge of child neglect. She also faces misdemeanor charges for possession of drug paraphernalia and petit theft.
The passenger, 28-year-old Crystaleigh Ameila Artrip, of East Naples is also facing misdemeanor charges for possession of drug paraphernalia and petit theft.
They are accused of stealing a $2.99 dog bowl.
