The Bonita Springs Area Chamber of Commerce will hold its annual meeting and luncheon Sept. 28.
The Chamber will celebrate its 45 years with the Bonita Springs Citizen of the Year, Small Business of the Year and other special annual honors from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa.

Key West Express closes for a couple weeks
The Key West Express will shut down until the end of September, effective today. The reason is so workers can perform routine maintenance, said Kathy Stamper, human resources manager.

Pike named GM of yacht club
Valerie Pike was appointed general manager of Hamilton Harbor Yacht Club, an affiliate of Collier Enterprises.
She previously served as director of marina and boathouse operations and director of membership and marketing for Hamilton Harbor in Naples, and worked five years as a project manager for Collier Enterprises.
