North Naples man, 31, accused of sexual assault of girl, 16

A North Naples man is facing sexual battery and drug charges after deputies accused him of fondling a teen.

Sean Wilkinson, 31, of the 2200 block of Arbour Walk Circle, was arrested Friday by Collier deputies on charges stemming from a June encounter with a 16-year-old girl, according to an arrest report.

The teen told deputies she and her younger brother met Wilkinson and his two young daughters at an apartment complex swimming pool while visiting family.

Wilkinson invited the girl and her brother to his apartment nearby to play video games and hang out with his daughters, according to the arrest report.

He is accused of providing the teen with marijuana before engaging in oral sex and fondling her while the other children were in another room of the apartment, investigators allege in their report.

The report said family members told the Sheriff's Office about the encounter in July and deputies have been trying to contact Wilkinson since.

Wilkinson faces two felony charges of sexual assault and misdemeanor counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, marijuana possession, and drug paraphernalia possession.
