Domestic violence arrests

Pamela Lynn Bassett, 42, of the 600 block of Jefferson Avenue, Immokalee, was arrested Monday by Collier deputies at her home. She is accused of punching a man in the face.

Brett R. Fife, 36, of the 5800 block of Glencove Drive, North Naples, was arrested Monday by Collier deputies at his home. He is accused of grabbing a woman and choking her in a headlock.

William E. Lyons, 48, who is listed as homeless in Naples, was arrested Monday by Collier deputies at 130 20th Ave. He is accused of violating a protective order.

DUI arrests

Kenneth Perry Hartem Jr., 38, of the 1800 block of Sandpiper Street, Naples, was arrested Monday by Collier deputies at 2025 Davis Blvd. He faces an additional charge of resisting an officer without violence.

Shelley Alane Mortillaro, 42, of the 800 block of Hydrangea Drive, North Fort Myers, was arrested Monday by Naples police at 3350 U.S. 41 N.

Christian M. Weber, 29, of Margate, was arrested Monday by Florida Highway Patrol troopers at the intersection of Immokalee Road and North 15th Street. He faces two additional counts of DUI property damage.
