It's Your Business: IberiaBank announces $1 million grant program

IberiaBank has announced a program that will provide $1 million in down payment or closing costs for home buyers and owners.

The Subsidy Program, which will last the next three years, will provide money to qualified clients looking to buy or refinance homes in Naples, Fort Myers and other IberiaBank markets, including those in Louisiana, Arkansas, Tennessee and Alabama.

Grants, up to $4,000 per transaction, will be administered through local nonprofit partners including the Housing Development Corp. of Southwest Florida (www.collierhousing.org) and the Lee County Housing Development Corp. (www.leecountyHDC.org).

Mirman joins Naples office of PR, marketing firm

Dana Mirman has joined the Naples office as an account executive of Kreps/DeMaria Public Relations and Marketing.

Mirman will be responsible for providing media relations and strategic communication support to Southwest Florida clients, including Talis Park, Premier Sotheby's International Realty, Strada at Mercato, Tavira at Bonita Bay and Stonegate Bank. Motorcycle shop opens in Naples

Ural of Naples has opened at 3485 Domestic Ave., offering the legendary Ural Motorcycle with a sidecar used by the Soviet Army against the Nazis during World War II.
