Lee Golden has been promoted to senior vice president at IberiaBank, a subsidiary of IberiaBank Corp.
Golden, who joined the bank through its acquisition of Florida Gulf Bank in July, serves as the retail market manager for Lee County. Golden, a University of Central Florida graduate, will oversee management, business development, staffing, and overall administration at the bank's 11 Lee branches.
Sedlacek honored as 40 Under 40 rising star

Diane Jensen receives award
Pavese Law Firm partner Diane L. Jensen has received the Alexander L. Paskay Professionalism Award at the annual meeting of the Southwest Florida Bankruptcy Professional Association earlier this month.
The award honors Jensen for effectiveness in presentation of matters to the bankruptcy court, for her reputation of preparation, civility and courtesy, courtroom demeanor, ethical conduct and professionalism.
Jensen received the award at the Edison Restaurant, Bar and Banquet Center in Fort Myers. She joined Pavese Law Firm in 1973 and became a partner 1978.
