Pizza delivery driver robbed in East Naples

A Domino's pizza delivery driver was robbed at gunpoint Wednesday night in East Naples, according to a spokeswoman with the Collier County Sheriff's Office.

Around 6:45 p.m., the driver was leaving a home on Green Valley Circle after making a delivery when a man approached him with a gun and demanded money, spokeswoman Michelle Batten said.

The driver handed $80 to the robber, who fled the scene, she said.

Detectives have not yet released information about the suspect's description, according to Batten.
