MARCO ISLAND — On Tuesday, pets of all shapes and sizes lined up at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church for the Blessing of the Animals event celebrating the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi. Approximately 100 people attended with over 40 pets to be blessed ranging from cats and dogs to fish and hermit crabs.
