A 27-year-old Golden Gate woman is accused of kicking and throwing a vacuum hose at an employee at a car dealership that repossessed her mother's car Thursday, according to Collier County deputies.
Employees at First Class Auto, 1652 Avondale St., said they repossessed the car because they had not received a payment in five months.
Later that day, Shannon Tyrell Brown showed up to the dealership to claim her mother's belongings that were inside the car, according to an arrest report. After learning it would cost $150 to get the belongings, Brown ignored employees and went to the vehicle to retrieve the items herself, the report said.
When an employee told Brown she was not allowed inside the car, Brown knocked the employee to the ground, kicked her several times and threw a vacuum hose at her, according to the report.
Brown, of the 5200 block of Hardee Street, faces a charge of battery.

The economy is worse than ever and so they don't have the money to pay for the car any longer and the car dealership wants $150.00 to get their personal belongings out of it? Sounds like the first mistake is buying a car from this place. Also sounds like the employee got off easy...step aside punk and let the lady have her stuff
