— An accused East Naples killer is in trouble again, this time while behind bars, after Collier sheriff’s corrections staff members said they found a handcuff key on him.

Jean Bienaime, 27, who is awaiting trial at the Collier County jail in East Naples on three murder-related charges stemming from a June 2011 shooting in Naples Manor, was arrested again Friday.

According to an arrest report, jail staff members found a Smith and Wesson handcuff key hidden in a sock Bienaime was wearing during a contraband check, which he then told Collier deputies he found on the floor two days earlier. Possession and concealment of a handcuff key by an inmate is a felony.

Bienaime, of the 5200 block of Gilchrist Street, has been in jail since 2011.

He is charged in the death of Elmer Serrano Lopez, 20, who was shot in the head and died at the scene on Fleming Street in Naples Manor, and the attempted murder of two other men.
