Fort Myers-based retailer Chico’s FAS Inc. has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 5.5 cents a share for its common stock.
That’s a 4.8 percent increase over the dividend rate from June. The new dividend is payable July 1 to shareholders holding stock as of June 17.
The local company has four brands: Chico’s, White House-Black Market, Soma Intimates and Boston Proper, its newest one.
Page joins Tiger Brokerage
Tiger Brokerage Group, a mergers and acquisitions advisory firm, has announced that Gary Page has joined as a sales associate in the Naples office.
Page, who will work as a middle market intermediary for Florida businesses, will be involved in all aspects of business acquisition, mergers and divestitures, including business brokering, valuations, consulting and exit planning.
Page received his bachelor’s degree from Washington State University.
Ogle celebrates seventh anniversary as professional
Margie Ogle, owner of Staged Homes of Naples, recently celebrated her seven-year anniversary as an accredited home staging professional.
Her market covers Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers, Cape Coral and Marco Island.
Bachman BSU president for third term
The Bonita Springs Utilities Inc. board of directors has elected Bob Bachman for a third term as president.
Jim Strecansky was elected vice president and Frank Liles and John Mathes were elected treasurer and secretary, respectively. Bachman has been a board member since November 2000 and is owner/president of WBG SW Florida.
Strecansky has served since 2008 and Liles is the senior member of the board, having served since 1986. Mathes has served since 1990.
