The Class 6A-District 14 softball championship game was postponed Wednesday because of heavy rains at Naples High School.

The Golden Eagles were set to host rival Barron Collier when rain soaked the softball field. Naples athletic director Ernie Modugno said the field drains well, but it would have taken a few hours to dry the diamond completely.

The game was rescheduled for tonight at 7:30.
