It's Your Business: King Richard's property sells for $5.1 million

King Richard’s Family Fun Park has closed and an auto dealership will replace it at the North Naples site.

News that remained unclear about the deal was the exact sale price: $5.1 million, which was recorded last week with the Collier County Clerk’s Office.

The Zellers family, which has operated Tamiami Ford in the Naples area for some 40 years, bought the land at 6780 Airport-Pulling Road N. The Zellers will build a 65,000-square-foot Tamiami Hyundai dealership there.
