It seems like a quite a while since we've had a decent cooldown across Southwest Florida, but temperatures are back on the chilly side this morning with most areas down to the mid to low 50s and even a few of us in the upper 40s.

The strong breeze will make the air feel about 5 degrees cooler Friday morning, and we'll continue to see pretty breezy weather through the afternoon with our winds out of the east-northeast. The drop in humidity will really help to improve the comfort factor of the air today.

Overall, Friday will feature lots of sunshine, lower humidity and comfortable temperatures. Most of Southwest Florida should only warm into the upper 70s this afternoon, but the Naples area may make the low 80s. We won't get as cool this evening, but temperatures will still be very pleasant with lows dropping into the low to mid 60s by early Saturday morning.
